We are looking for a kitchen manager who will help the company as it moves into the next stage of growth with the opening of a second store. You will need to be adaptable and dynamic but also organised. We are looking for an individual who can manage and motivate a team to work hard as well as enjoy work. Whilst being driven to produce great food you will also be passionate about best practice in the kitchen. We offer good rates of pay for the right person.
Ideally you will have the following abilities:
Very good spoken English
Good working knowledge of kitchen ‘best practices’
Ability to lead a team of our foodies
An eye for detail – not only the food but the kitchen as well
Enjoy working with a group of fun individuals
Good organisational skills and the ability to run the routine of a kitchen
Have pride in your work and those who work for you
The experience to help set up a new kitchen and ensure it runs smoothly
Ideally, you would have supervisor or team leader experience in a similar environment, preferably a branded store.
The food standards agency has awarded us the maximum five stars and we are looking for someone who has five star standards. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in a company as it grows.
