Senior Sous Chef required for award winning Michelin star Hotel in Bath

We are looking for a highly focused and passionate Senior Sous Chef for this multi award winning Michelin star Restaurant. As the Senior Sous Chef you must have a strong background within Michelin star restaurants and be prepared to make a two year commitment to this move.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the finest Michelin star Executive Chefs in the UK. The Executive Chef has worked throughout his career with the very best Michelin star chefs around and takes great pride in developing his team. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of modern techniques and have an unrivalled determination to achieve perfection.
