This is a three-floor flat in a Victorian house. 5 minutes walking distance from the Forest Hill train station, which takes you directly to London Bridge (10 to 15 minutes), Victoria and East Corydon. 2 minutes away from bus stations. Local amenities are also very close.
This flat has a living room with Sky TV facility, sofa and dining area; a fully equipped kitchen with 2 big fridge-freezes, washing machine, dish washer, oven, microwave oven, and so on; large bathroom with bath and shower suit, separate toilet, garden and parking area.
The room is fully equipped with a double bed, bedside draws, wardrobe, chest, computer desk, another working desk and a TV. Very cosy. You must love it.
The rent is £90 per week, including high-speed wireless broadband Internet access, Sky TV facilities and Council tax. Electricity, gas and water bills are shared. Minimum three months renting agreement, one month deposit and one month rent in advance.
The tenant we are looking for must be clean and tidy, no pets, no smokers.
