This is a great opportunity for a graduate or undergrad student to get hands on experience in B2B marketing, and get online marketing training, while having a real impact on the bottom line. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Executive and Commercial Director, you will assist in delivering the marketing plan. This is an unpaid work placement, with opportunities for permanent contract at the end of the internship.

The Marketing Assistant will:

- Maintain and update the online publication
- Manage email and direct mail marketing campaigns
- Measure and report on online activity
- Maintain marketing databases and provide segmentation
- Work on various products ranging from events to online publications (e.g. http://www.hrreview.co.uk/ )
- Receive training into CRM, email marketing, analytics, B2B marketing best practice ...

The ideal candidate will be:

- A self motivated individual with initiative
- Want to develop a career in marketing
- Be a quick learner with some web literacy
- Able to work under strict deadlines
- Be as comfortable working with a team as on individual projects
