The House
It is a very nice big house that is lone standing in the corner of a quiet road. You wi
ll be sharing 5 other friendly profesionals. The house is quiet and we are all profesionals so no parties in the week but we love to have fun over the weekend. The house has all modern mod com's i.e. Sky+, BB, Central heating etc. It has a big garden at the back perfect for BBQ (Braai's) and house parties
Bills:
The rent is £75pw or £325pcm. The bills are not included. Bills are on average £70-£80 but it ranges and is a lot cheaper in the summer. The deposit is £320 and needs to be paid when you move in.
Travel:
There is a very good transport system around the house. South Merton station connecting to Wimbledon and Central London only 3min walk away. Morden underground is 7min walk (Northern Line). There is a bus stop around the corner with the 163, 164 to Raynes Parka and Wimbledon.
