Guest Service Assistant Full Time (40 hours 5.80 per hour

A fantastic opportunity to join the team at the Express by Holiday Inn London-Croydon. A limited service hotel with 156 bedrooms and 8 conference rooms is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to deliver the highest standard of customer service.

You must be able to work a combination of the following shifts:
Early 06.45 - 15.15
Late 14.45 - 23.15

PLEASE CONSIDER TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO WORK THE ABOVE SHIFTS - BEFORE APPLYING.

The role involves weekend work. The pay is £5.80 per hour.
The rota is done over a 7 day period with 2 days off out of 7 days.
A bonus scheme is in place.

Job Role:
Assisting with check in and check out of guests
Dealing with all guest enquiries
Providing telephone assistance for all enquiries
Working in the hotel bar
Assisiting with conference room operation
Assisitng with reservations
Assisting in receiving deliveries
Any other duties as required

The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication skills
Excellent level of English
A genuine desire to deliver an excellent level of customer service
