Corporate Governance Facilitator
Our client a North London PCT is looking for an experienced Corporate Governance Facilitator to join their governance team for an interim period of 3 months.
The post holder will be the Commissioning Arm lead for risk management, implementing risk management procedures for the organisation and maintaining the risk register and board assurance framework. In addition the post holder with review and maintain terms of reference for all committees and sub-committees reporting to the board, monitor and record all Serious Untoward Incidents (SUIs) and to assist in ensuring the PCT meets NHSLA risk management standards.
Succesful applicants will need the following essential experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a management role
Corporate risk management frameworks, legislation and policies
Developing and implementing policies and procedures
Interpreting policy and legislation for the organisation
Analysing and presenting statistical analysis and trends
Working with external assessment agencies and bodies
Quality initiatives, audit, quality assurance, root cause analysis etc.
