ICM Direct are looking to increase their English language telephone interviewing team in their friendly Kentish Town call centre for projects that are in field now and ongoing.

Candidates will need energy, a positive attitude and the ability to interview professionally over the telephone. Previous MR experience is welcomed but training will be provided and we will monitor your work as you progress to help you become a better interviewer.

Hours are flexible but are generally from 2pm - 9pm or 5.30 to 9pm Monday to Friday and 10 - 6:00pm at weekends. We expect you to work at least 3 shifts per week but you will find the work easier if you work more shifts.

Pay per hour is between £6.10 and £9.80 and is paid every 2 weeks.
