I am looking for a Chef who has the experience, the dedication and the love of French food that will help me to deliver on a daily basis the food required for our French Deli as well as to produce the Outside catering menus for our varied customers. Possibly a Chef de Partie who would like to take a challenge as being his/her own chef.

You do not need to be the Head Chef who would like to handle a strong brigade, but you should love and be dedicated to a job well executed and be proud of what you deliver.

You will need to know about HACCP, and all legal requirements.
The pay will be in accordance to your experience and your willingness to succeed in making Tray Gourmet food enjoyable to serve and to eat.

The right candidate could eventually take a fare greater responsibility in the organisation of the company to help develop and manage it to new ground.

The shop is open Monday to Saturday and the Chef will be working "sensible" hours from 7.00 - 15.30 and some time more, he will be requested to work one every two Saturdays or help at functions in addition to the normal hours.

You must be eligible to work in the UK, speak English fluently and French as a bonus.
