This is very sad for me to post, unfortuantley i have to leave due to family reason and have to leave my share house.... Available is a spacious room to share with awesome aussie male in mixed aussie and kiwi share house.

The room is very spacious with brand new single bed, wardrobe, draws and basin. There are 2 toilets, 1 shower room, lounge with sky TV and WI-FI, the usual mods and cons ( 2 fridges, freezers, washing machine and dryer). The house has full heating for those colder winter months. Backyard with your typical aussie BBQ.

The house is in a great location, in what we call 'Acton Bush', which means we are half way between Shepherds bush and Acton Vale. The house has a bus stop 2 mins walk away which you can catch the 207, 266, 272, 607 and my saviour N207.

Nearby Stuff: shepherds bush walkabout, redback tavern, shepherds bush empire, virgin Active gym is 20m from our door step, tesco metway is just accross the road.

Closest tube station is East acton, with shepherd's Bush around 10-15 mins walk away.

My roomie is elmo, a lovely aussie from Manly beach, he's a clean and tidy kind of guy and loves his dance music. i thought sharing with a guy was going to be weird but it has been so much fun and worked out better than sharing with my girlfriend.

To the important stuff. Rent is £355 per month, which includes all bills; concil taxes, cleaner, TV licence, Internet, sky TV, Water, gas, heating and electricity.
We also have a cleaner, Sill, who comes once a week and cleans the whole house, which is included.
Bond is £335
The room is available from the 17/11/2009, but arrangements can be made earlier if required.
