Pa Secretary for Investment Bank
Profile:
This role forms part of A Support team who provide secretarial and administrative support across all business sectors.
This role will specifically provide high quality Secretarial and Administrative support to the Financial Institutions team.
Main day-to-day activities:
Proactive secretarial support to relevant team heads and their teams
Travel arrangements for both domestic and overseas travel
Processing business expenses as and when required
Meeting room bookings through on-line system.
Co-ordination of internal and external meetings, client lunches and dinners.
Handling and redirection of mail / telephone enquiries
Diary management: preparation of documents for meetings, follow-up on outstanding commitments and actions, ensure diaries are kept up to date.
Assistance and monitoring of Sales Management System SMS: keeping contacts up to date, ensuring meeting notes are added
Additional Duties:
Production of powerpoint presentations as required
Ad-hoc project work as requested by team
WORK RELATED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience within a secretarial / administrative support role will be essential
IT literacy MS Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook, PowerPoint essential (Access -advantageous)
Excellent numeracy skills
