Explanation of works.
Potable water systems only NO heating or gas applicable.
Works required:
Bathroom.
-Rip out and install a new bathroom suite comprising of a bath, basin and toilet.
Kitchen.
-Remove old sink and recite plumbing to new position. On occasion this may also involve the repositioning of a new fresh water stop cock.*
-Re connection of sink once kitchen has been installed.
*The original pipe work in the building comprises of stainless steel tube. Primo push fit fittings or similar must be used.

MUST be able to fully converse in English Language.
