Hi There, I am looking to rent out this exceptional room in my house and although I am still finishing it off (finishing early december) I thought I would put an advert out now so that it can be let as soon as I finish. Ok the house (and its a share with just me so would just be you and I) is a 3-bedroom terrace house in Enfield wash. There is ample parking and I have a garage on the house but also one at the bottom of the road, which I use for storage.
The room really is exceptional.
Its split over two levels with the upper level being the sleeping area and the lower level your own living space. An internal staircase in your room connects the two. The room is (will be) fully furnished with a double bed and sofa and TV etc.
There is also WiFi and bills are included.
The rest of the house: I have two bedrooms which I use and there is a sitting room, dining room, nice functional kitchen with 8 ring range and nice bathroom with separate shower (not over bath type) The area has 24 hr shops and local facilities including library, gym, pool, park etc.

There is British rail (Turkey Street) which goes approximately every 35 minutes to Liverpool street via seven sisters which is the victoria line. I think it takes about 35 minutes to Liverpool street.There are also frequent bus services.

Me? Well I am a non-smoking guy who is also into sports; I play roller hockey, cycle, squash, run, and swim. Work as a Project manager for the NHS at London Bridge. I have a G/F (she does not live in). I am a quiet type not into drinking or partying.
Have many interests of a diverse nature.

Who am I looking for? Well either female or male, gay or straight but overall someone who I will get on with. I would like a professional person , preferably a non smoker who wants a home rather than a place to crash or just lay their head. Age is not an issue but someone 25 plus would be nice.
