Early 30s guy, fit and slim but looking to up my game and get a cover-model standard bod (not that I actually want to be on a cover...)

I don't underestimate the training and dedication that this is going to take, so looking for guys with similar goals to keep in touch with. A bit of progress updates, some motivation, some ideas and the odd positive kick when it's needed. Just to know we're all going through it.
