Our London based client are currently looking for a School Business Manager, to work within term time on a permanent basis

The successful applicant will be a talented and well-motivated Business Manager who will ensure the efficient and effective management of the school's budgets and personnel, as well as the management and development of the property and administrative staff.

The position in this primary school is a brand new role and they are seeking an individual who possesses excellent communication skills, financial acumen, a track record in leading and managing people as well as experience in implementing large-scale change.

The successful applicant will also be able to work well within a team and as an individual.
A background in education is desired but not essential, but there must be a willingness to learn and undergo training on the job.
