Flemings Hotel in the heart of Mayfair is currently undergoing a major refurbishment of their restaurant and bar and are looking to recruit a Breakfast Chef to join us at this exciting time.

Ideal candidates should be outgoing and passionate about food and the kitchen environment, and have at least two years experience at a similar level in a high pressured establishment which sets and achieves outstanding quality and service.

You will be required to work a variety of shift patterns based on full time hours. This will include some evening, weekends and bank holidays either on a straight or split shift dependant on the business requirements, but mainly your hours will be from 06.30 – 14.00.

In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applications must be eligible to live and work in the UK without restrictions. Documentary evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
