I need a competent and fast working chef with experience in gastropub-type operations to work in a new site in Barons Court which is already getting very busy (after only 2 weeks open). I need someone who is flexible, efficient, reliable, hard working and cares about the food he or she serves. As you will be working on your own to begin with you must be prepared to fulfil all kitchen duties (under my direction).
I have won several awards for my other pub and expect the same with this one. This is an exciting opportunity to get in at the beginning of something big!
Starting rate will be £8 per hour raising to £10 per hour when proven (could be in 2 weeks if you are good!). You will work around 35-40 hrs a week mainly evenings although weekend days will be required too.
