Spacious double room, eleven by nine foot, available in new complex in Crouch End. Flat has all the mod cons, including newly fitted kitchen, broadband, washing machine, dishwasher and small balcony.

The room is partly furnished with a bed and a couple of units (although it may require some additional shelves/drawers depending on your needs) and has it's own ensuite bathroom.

The complex is very close to the centre of Crouch End (where there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops), with buses to Finsbury Park (Victoria/Piccadilly lines), Archway (Northern Line) and Central London a minute's walk outside the front door. Hornsey station for trains to the City is also a five minute walk away. The bus to Finsbury Park takes around 10 minutes and total journey time into Central London is jsut over half-an-hour. Nightbuses 41 and 91 also stop right outside the door. There is gated parking and a concierge on the door 9-5, so the flat is very secure. There is also a gym in the building which tenants can use for free.

You would be sharing with me; a professional male in mid-30s, into music, gigs etc. I work in media and do fairly long hours so am out quite often during the week, but use weekends to catch up on sleep, go out etc. I am tidy, reliable and friendly and would like to share with someone similar. Must be able to pay bills on time! A non smoker too.

Water rates are included in the rent.

Rent is £606 and bills come to approx £100 per month (council tax, internet, BT, TV License, electricity)
