We are a leading, independent estate agents based in Tufnell Park currently offering a great opportunity to an experienced sales negotiator to join our strong and exciting team. The role will suit an individual with a strong sales background with the ability to SELL property and develop a strong pipeline of business. You should also be used to sourcing properties for Sale and gaining new instructions.

We believe in hard work as well as having fun, therefore this person should have a great sense of humour and be willing to work as part of a forward thinking , dynamic and fast- paced team. Candidates must be presentable, professional, enthusiastic, have a polite manner and communication / closing skills.

REQUIREMENTS:-
A proven track record in SALES with a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry.

The ability to build rapport and interact with clients at all levels

Articulate with strong command of both spoken and written English

Own car and a full Clean Drivers license

A positive "CAN-DO" attitude.

A high level of personal motivation

Have initiative and run your own desk

A well presented and professional appearance

Excellent time management skills

Good IT skills

Reliability

Good basic + commission + Car Allowance

Hours 9am - 6.30pm Monday to Saturday (5 and a half days) Evening viewings and appointments undertaken as and when necessary.
