We are a young, dynamic training company, offering training and coaching programmes to organisations. We train in four different areas: Leadership and Management, Communication and Presentation Skills, Personal Development and Sales Training. We also offer one-to-one coaching and IT Training. We work with a wide-range of sectors and train all levels of employees from entry-level to CEO.

We are offering an exciting opportunity to experience an internship in our base in London. You will gain invaluable experience in business skills and communication skills and as we are a small company you will have the opportunity to make a real difference, see the results of your work and help grow the company. We will provide full training, and you will learn numerous skills including internet marketing, database management, telesales, customer service and research.

As we are a training company, you will receive first class training and have the opportunity to develop your knowledge in all the areas we train in. You will be invited to attend our workshops and will have the opportunity to be coached by highly experienced coaches

Our ideal candidate:

- Has a degree in business, communications, marketing, psychology, human resource management or related fields
- Is confident and an excellent verbal communicator
- Speaks English as their first language
- Is positive, pro-active, enthusiastic, intelligent, has a can-do attitude and has a sense of humour
- Is motivated and likes to see results and make a real difference
- Has initiative, is able to work on his/her own and complete any projects set on time
- Is persistent and patient
- Wants to work with a fun team


The internship will be for a 3 month period although we are open to longer if it suits you. Work will be Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 5pm.
Please note that internships are unpaid.
