Large Country estate offers a new position due to recent expansion and re development of the residence. The property is a part residence home of an International business man with multiple homes. His family and guests use the property too.
Duties will include all relevant domestic tasks, but the ability to serve at table is desirable. Practical people skills and customer care skills learned from a quality hotel / chalet background or yacht industry are a big advantage. Hotel and catering experience ideal for this vacancy.
Full team of staff employed, including in house Steward, housekeeping staff and chef. Self contained 2 bedroom accommodation and salary in the region of £18,000 gross per annum commensurate to experience. There will be 2 days off each week, but candidates must be flexible in regards working longer hours and taking time back when the principals are not in residence.
