SALARY £18,000 - £23,000.
As a Team Manager at Helen É Cosmetics, your primary focus is to build and maintain an outstanding sales team. You will become a part of a dynamic selling environment where your selling experience will make you an important part of our team.

Key Accountabilities:
Meeting or exceeding sales targets
Become familiar with product information understanding features and benefits of your product
Commitment to building and maintaining an outstanding sales team
Demonstrate knowledge of products to sales team
Completing relevant paperwork, weekly sheets, sales rotas and stock management.
Flexibility & dependability with schedules including some nights and weekends
