Job Description:
Working various shifts (8am-4pm, 4pm-10pm), the job of a Market Research Telephone Interviewer involves making outbound calls to businesses (B2B) or members of the general public (B2C), conducting market research surveys. All surveys follow a computerised script and our Market Research Guidelines.
Personal Qualities:
You must have a clear voice, a polite and professional telephone manner. You must be able to read from a computerised script and must be reliable, trustworthy, honest, and able to work well both individually and as part a team.
