We are an independent company who pride ourselves on our menus. We are looking for some new chefs to come in and continue to drive the food forwards using the painstakingly sourced ingredients we have to offer.

We have little by the way of rules but we do want to see some imagination on the menu along with a bit of danger. In return we pay well and would like nothing more than to leave the chefs to delight us with their creations.
