We have a great double bedroom available in a great 3 storey 4-bed house in a quiet, friendly, tree-lined street.
This room includes a double bed, mattress, drawers under the bed, shelving and wardrobe, with a view of the large back garden.
Rent is £520 pcm. Bills are £170 pcm each including all utility bills, council tax, wireless broadband, Sky+ and a weekly cleaner.
The house is very friendly and extremely large! It has a lovely kitchen with gas cooker, washing machine, microwave & 2 fridge freezers.. We have a large sitting room as well as 2 bathrooms each with toilets and modern showers. We also have 2 spare rooms with plenty of extra storage space. Free, unrestricted parking on the street outside.
Local Attractions - Good local pubs and restaurants in Crouch End, Hornsey High Street and in Muswell Hill (all close to the house). The Victoria Stakes at the bottom of Muswell Hill is our local.
We are 8-10 mins walk from Crouch End Broadway which has lots of nice shops, supermarkets – Budgens, M&S, Tesco and Waitrose – greengrocers, banks, butchers, as well as some great bars, pubs and cafes. Also several gyms.
Transport - You have a variety of convenient ways to get into Central London - you can catch either the frequent W3 or W7 from either end of our road straight to Finsbury Park (Zone 2) which is on the Victoria, Piccadilly and Mainline.
From the W3 bus stop you can also catch the 144 to Turnpike Lane (Picc line).
Returning home is just as easy as the W3 and W7 bus stops are next to each other outside Finsbury Park, just take whichever arrives first!
About Us - You would be sharing with 3 friendly lads (all 30) who have a range of interests including various sporting activities, films, music & socialising, all pretty normal really!
About You - We are looking for a male or female, ideally mid to late 20s / early 30s, in full time employment. We are very clean, we sometimes have friends over for the odd evening and yours are more than welcome but this isn't really a ‘party house’ as its a residential area with good neighbours!
Finally - References required. No couples please.
