A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our home shopping department.
We are looking for a very dynamic and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about people, thrives in a fast paced environment and is willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.

Working within our ecommerce home shopping team and reporting to our home shopping manager, you will be responsible for supporting the daily running of all operations within the Home Shopping department, driving the team to meet all commercial targets and keep service levels to its highest possible standard.

As a Home Shopping supervisor you will lead by example, keep the team motivated, training and supporting them on all operational matters and consistently work to achieve and exceed operational KPIs. You will be expected to prepare and manage staff Rota, budgets, holidays, sickness and operational reports whilst monitoring and evaluating staff KPI’s.

The ideal candidate will satisfy the following criteria:
• Previous experience in supervising ecommerce operations within a warehouse setting
• Experience in exceeding and working towards KPI’
• Ability to own initiative
• Extremely hands on
• Able to motivate, coach and develop staff members
• Numerate and computer literate
• Enthusiastic and committed.
• Ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve targets and deliver high standards
• Proven man-management skills
• Friendly disposition
• Must have the right to live and work in the UK
• Flexible and able to work 40 hours per week including weekends and evenings.
