Westend Nightclub Promotions Manager

Our client owns a large nightclub in the West End.

They are looking for a proactive Promotions Manager to join the team. The promotions manager will lead the day team at the venue:

The role will involve:


Sourcing new promoters for the venue
Building on established successfull nights
Recruiting a network of sub promoters
Driving revenue from corporate events with the corporate events booker.
Reviewing web marketing and working with the team to reposition the venue.

Working a mix of day and nights you will report to the General Manager and be fully involved in all aspects of the venue.

The client is looking for:


Experience in promotions
An established network of promoters the candidate has worked with in other venues
Stable work history

Financially aware manager

Basic Salary £25,000- £30,000 plus bonus depending on experience. Realistic £35k plus.
