We have a single room to let in our lovely house conveniently situated in Ethelbert Road, between Wimbledon and Raynes Park.

The house is clean fresh and tidy having been newly painted and renovated. It boasts strip wooden flooring, two bathrooms and a pleasant shared lounge and modern kitchen with all mod cons. It also has a paved patio garden which is ideal for BBQ’s (or Braai’s).

Wimbledon tube and Raynes Park rail services are close by, as well as being a very short walk from local bus routes. Trains into Waterloo take around 18 minutes!

Local amenities include the numerous bars, restaurants and shops in Wimbledon and Raynes Park as well as the David Lloyd sports centre, several playing fields and lovely Cannon hill common just 10 minutes walk away.

We are looking for a professional, friendly, housemate to join a really friendly and considerate houseshare. Unfortunately, no couples, students or unemployed.

The rent for the room is £370 PCM (£85 p/w) which is really great value for the area. The rent excludes bills but these are very reasonable when divided amongst housemates.
