I'm looking for a nice new place to live. I'm open to moving into any areas as my work takes me mainly around central and west London. I live in East London at present and just split with my girlfriend who lives in South London. So as you can see I'm not limited to one area! If I had to choose though my top three would be Wanstead, Blackheath and Docklands. I have lived in East London most of my life so would like a change ideally and to somewhere that is actually nice to live.

I would like a professional houseshare. Like to have fun but also don't want to live like a student anymore. It would be great to move into a place with like-minded people who liked to socialise occasionally. Would hate to live in a place where everyones a virtual stranger. The vibe of the house is one of the most important factors for me.

Having said that would also love to live somewhere in a new-build development with a gym etc too!

So if you have a nice flat/house share to offer then please get in touch. I don't mind paying a bit more for a lovely place although I'm looking to go max £650 per month inclusive. I'm looking to move in early September.

Only thing I would insist on is that it is a non-smoking place.
