We are looking for a Pastry Chef for a very high profile site in central London. Their food is innovative, using the best ingredients to produce food ideas for the Restaurant, Deli Bar, Cafe, and Events. High standards, organisation and creative flair are very much a key part to this role.

The successful Pastry Chef will have experience in a high profile environment, creating muffins, cakes and pastry in a similar environment.

Our Pastry Chef will be able to demonstrate:
•Excellent communication skills
•Ability to work in a standalone environment
•Up to the minute knowledge on current high street trends
•Able to create an inspirational and enthusiastic working environment
