Hello everybody We are two Italian best friends ( girls ) looking for 1 bedroom flat in North London or South London within zone 1 and 3. We are looking for a clean flat, possibly wooden floors, living room and clean and new kitchen (no insects please) for 150£ maximum 160£ pw bills included (no extra bills) I am a permanent employed and my friend has just started working. So we are employed. We can give two weeks deposit and we can make a contract of 4 months for the beginning. Bedroom must be absolutely clean and have a double bed or two twins ( the best for us but not necessary important). The flat has to be fully furnished with washing machine and hoover. We are really serious and we want to find a place to call home and where we can be defenitely safe. We can move at the end of November . Only serious landords or agencies, with no fees , please!
