...well, paradise by London standards anyway; the beautiful, tree-lined road that is Shepherds Hill!

A great opportunity to live in London for the holiday season at an affordable rent. The flat is a 5 minute walk to Highgate tube (zone 3) and 20 mins on London Underground to Central London for your Xmas shopping! There are also plenty of buses to get around locally. Should you have a rental car, it’s easy to park outside. Highgate is famous for its cemetery and village. You are close to Queens and Highgate Woods and Hampstead Heath. Crouch End and Muswell Hill are also close by. It’s a lovely part of London to be over the festive season.

The room is available from 24th November 09 to 20th Jan 10, and is in a harmonious flat shared by two others who work during the day; they’re out quite a bit, so you’d have the place to yourself a lot of the time. The space is ideal for one, or a couple. It’s a gorgeous, relaxing space to chill out in after the busyness of Central London. The rent is £200 per week INCLUSIVE and £500 deposit.

It's a large, spacious room with a wood floor and access to an outdoor balcony (which has a much loved and cared for jasmine plant on it, a little robin comes to visit once a day!). There is a very comfortable double futon bed, a leather sofa and armchair, desk and coffee table. In the room there is a colour TV with Virgin Media basic set of channels, wireless broadband and space to use in a wardrobe.

There is a kitchen, bathroom with a great shower and an extra toilet. In the kitchen there is a small table and chairs, a microwave, cooker, washer/dryer and fridge freezer. There is also a communal garden. Non-smokers only. This space would be ideal for anyone welcoming a meditative space. Rent and deposit payable in advance. References required.
