Mobile Caretaker

£8 per hour

Our client is a leading Housing Association with a large caretaking team. They are looking now for a mobile caretaker to join their team on a contract basis, to manage the cleaning of their estates and low rise towers.

The successful candidate MUST have a full, clean driving licence and be prepared to drive a variety of vehicles. The successful candidate will live within a short commute and have a CRB check.

You will be responsible for external cleaning, including bulk rubbish removal, communal bins, graffiti removal, cleaning and emptying of bins, Sweep & wash all the lifts, communal areas, stairs and floors.
