Senior Stylist Lucinda Ellery Consultancy
Lucinda Ellery Ltd is a dynamic, innovative and growing organisation specialising in hair-loss and professional hair extensions. We are based in West London, currently seeking to recruit a dedicated, hardworking and enthusiastic Stylist Manager to become part of our team in London.
We are looking for an individual who is a qualified hair dresser with extensive experience cutting, styling and colouring with an interest in hair loss.
Duties will include and not be limited to:
Manage client expectations.
Colouring individual clients hair, hair extensions and the cranial hair prosthesis.
Cutting and styling.
Up Styles (Wedding and Special Occasions).
Provide styling lessons to clients with the Intralace System to enable them to manage and maintain there hair with different styles.
Styling and cutting hair extensions.
To pick up mistakes that might have been overlooked by a technician.
To act on all customer complaints once received and to ensure that these are dealt with to the mutual satisfaction of both the customer and Lucinda Ellery Consultancy.
To be fully conversant with the products and services provided by Lucinda Ellery Ltd.
To be goal-oriented and pro-active with a relentless focus on results.
To comply with all the company rules, regulations, policies and procedures as notified from time to time.
To attend appraisal discussions.
Stock control.
To attend company meetings when required.
Within reason from time to time you will be expected to perform duties that may not be stipulated in your job description.
Minimum Requirements:
Qualified hair dresser.
Excellent customer services skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to consult with clients on a face to face basis.
Highly motivated and energetic individual.

Salary £18 000.00 - £25 000.00 based upon experience.
Hours of Work: Tuesday Saturday
