Position: Cook specialising in Iranian Cuisine
Location: Battersea, London
Pay: £9 - £12 per hour depending on experience
Type: Three month contract
Start: Immediately

OUR CLIENT
Our client provides luxury hospitality and event management to their clients in London, Surrey and Newmarket and are looking for a cook specialising in Iranian Cuisine to work in Battersea, London.

THE POSITION
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen
Checking food and ensuring the quality before it leaves the kitchen
Preparing quality meals according to the clients dietary requirements
Ensuring food is well presented at all times
Supporting the Head Chef
Storing food in temperature controlled facilities
Be involved in menu planning with the Head Chef
Comply with all Health and Safety regulations as governed by the Health and Safety at work Act 1974
Ensure professionalism at all times

YOU
Will have previous experience cooking Middle Eastern Cuisine
Follow and maintain strict health safety and hygiene standards
Flexible to work rotating shifts including weekends
Basic Food & Hygiene Certificate
Be able to multi task
