We are currently urgently recruiting for a day waiter/ waitress / as well as a restaurant supervisor.
Job Description guidelines:
To ensure the Restaurant, and Room Service areas are prepared and set up as per the departmental Standards.
To provide an excellent level of service to all guests, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and service.
Requirements
. Previous experience of food service preferably in a similar style of establishment
. Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing). Innovative. Pro-active and reliable. Able to work alone and within a team. Must speak fluent English.
. Good level of English essential NVQ in food service Basic Food Hygiene
Responsibilities
1) To ensure that you have a full product knowledge of all menu items and their service, to ensure excellent levels of customer satisfaction.
2) To ensure that all personnel procedures and company standards are adhered to at all times.
3) To contribute to any training you are involved in.
4) To continually identify training needs in order to achieve GSTS targets.
5) To attend monthly departmental meetings.
6) To communicate freely with all F & B personnel about any relevant information such as customer comments.
7) To ensure that the Food & Beverage areas are clean and hygienic at all times.
10) To be aware of all standards set down on a daily basis with regards to SOPs, daily standards and brand standards.
11) Prepare and re-stock the waiter stations per the SOPs.
12) Customer liaison handling requests and complaints.
The applicant must be allowed to work and live in UK. Previous experience preferred.

Some of above positions are full time.
Salary at £6.50 per hour for the day and night Night waiter/ waitress position.
Salary depending on experience for the supervisor position.
