I have for sale a brand new, never fitted, fully boxed HKS SUPER SQV SSQV BLOW OFF VALVE FOR CELICA GT4 ST205 3S-GTE.

The part number is 71004-AT013 and it comes wil fully illustrated english instructions.

HKS BOV are sequential Blow Off Valves that relieve boost pressure to the atmospere when the throttle blade is being closed. This prevents an overpressure situation that works against the compressor wheel in the tubo that not even would slow down the wheel but also may cause damage to its bearings.


The HKS SSQV include a dual-stage pull-style sequrity valve system. Under boost and at idle they are fully closed and only opens when there is a pressure differential in between the intake plenum and before the throttle blade. In this Situation the primäry valve quickly relieves overpressure to the atmosphere while under high boost the secondary valve the full amount is being blown off.

RELIEFLESS TYPE VALVE

Functionally more accurate than the former SQV utilizing a push-type valve. This offers a wider possibility in tuning for increased boost pressures.

PRIMARY VALVE - SMALL

The primary valve function is to reduce the air released from the blow off valve when the accelerator/throttle is opened instantaneously.

SECONDARY VALVE - BIG

The space between the primary and secondary valves operates have been further enhanced to accept a higher boost pressure by utilizing a sequential system. This provides an optimum blow off effect.
