I have a large 3 bedroom wandsworth council maisonette with a 40ft back garden with RTB and lowest council tax in the country on Alton estate in Roehampton, nice area and respectable neighbours. Living room is 17ft by 15ft a very nice size and nicely decorated, good size bedrooms, toilet downstairs and another upstairs in the bathroom. Laminated flooring. Property is about 200 yards from Richmond Park and a 10 minute walk to Wimbledon Common so it is a very green area lots of schools close by and shops doctors etc very central to get around from. I am looking for a 2 bedroom property in most parts of the Richmond or Kingston boroughs and North Cornwall near Par. Not bothered about decor or repair but must have a reasonable size garden because i have dogs so i can only swap if you are sure dogs are allowed, house or bungalow only NO FLATS.
