The Lexington is a cutting edge live music venue that has quickly managed to establish a reputation as one of London’s most exciting new bars, boasting an unrivalled range of rare bourbons and American beers as well as a fantastic American themed menu. We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Head Chef to drive the food side of our business. The ideal candidate will:

• Have a knowledge of American cuisine.
• Be able to build and inspire a small but first rate team.
• Be able to source fresh ingredients at the right price.
• Be aware of how to cost and price a menu.
• Be fully aware of all current Health and Safety and Hygiene legislation, and be capable of training other staff members in this regard.

Salary: £23,000-25,000p.a.
