A new opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Sous Chef to join this award winning restaurant.
This a very busy establishment open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, doing 1000 covers a day.
You must be passionate, hungry to succeed and at the top of your game.
You must have Michelin starred experience as well as being a strong leader, organised and have a stable career background.
The sous chef will have the necessary catering qualifications, level 2 or intermediate in food hygiene, excellent culinary skills and knowledge of current food trends with a passion for food. This position requires a hands-on chef and have the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. The sous chef has to be business-minded and career driven to succeed
This is a fantastic position in a great location and offers a great challenge to the right sous chef .
The restaurant is opened 7 days a week and the sous chef will be required to work 5 days out of 7 and be flexible to ensure the business is running at top performance.

A salary of 24,000 -28,000 depending on experience is offered for this position.
