This sunny room in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom mansion in Maida Vale is a must see. The room has a double bed, small built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, book shelf and bedside table.
The flat has a large lounge room and kitchen, downstairs storage room, shared garden and is located across the road from Paddington Recreation Green. It is a 2 minute walk from Maida Vale tube station, and a block from buses to Putney, Shepherd's Bush, Camden and Oxford Circus.
Bills are £70 pcm which includes council tax, Sky TV, water, gas, phone, internet and electricity.
You will be sharing with a couple and a guy, all between 25 and 31 years old, with a nice mix of nationalities: English, South African and Australian. The house likes to hang out together at times, and would prefer a female to balance the TV/remote control preferences;)
