We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team you are motivated and enthusiastic and can work flexible hours.
The position will be worked on a rotating shift to cover the opening hours 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and some weekends; paid at £7 an hour. The position is full-time.
DUTIES:
• Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email.
• Receive inbound calls.
• Resolving customer requests, questions and complaints.
• To maintain accurate administrative and IT records as directed.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proficient in Excel, Word and other relevant software with excellent and proven administration skills.
• Previous experience of delivering customer service either face to face or on a helpdesk.
• Have a basic understanding of processing orders, stock management, managing backorders and next day delivery services.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills – a confident telephone manner and excellent written skills, combined with the ability to communicate with a range of different people.
• Believe in doing what it takes to keep our customers happy!
• You will need good attention to detail and be able to follow procedures accurately.
• Have good organization and time management skills
• You must be legally allowed to work in the UK.
• References from your previous employers will be required.
