Do you need experience to get a job as a Web Designer but need a job to get experience? Are you passionate about designing? Are you creative and full of ideas? Do you want to be part of a well-known multicultural newspaper?

If your answer is "Yes", then this is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a small but well-known Multicultural Newspaper, based in London with more than 17 years in publication. We belong to the Latin-American, Portuguese and Spanish communities. We belong to all of those who want a different way to make multicultural journalism in Britain.

But, more precisely, after almost two decades, we want a new beginning. New content, concepts and design are necessary to give a fresh start to this newspaper. We want to make it one of the best multicultural media proposals in the UK.

At thie moment we are urgently looking for unpaid volunteers designers who want to join us in this important stage of the process. Of course, you can consider an internship.

We need people like you: modern, full of ideas, creative, with minimum experience working in a Design environment, preferably in magazine publishing and website, with good Photoshop skills and keen eye with attention to detail. Some Spanish would be an advantage but it’s not a must.

This is definitely an exciting opportunity for those who have got drive and ambition and are looking to gain work experience in this unique media project.

Of course, if you are the right designer and enjoy this journalistic project you will have a good chance of staying with us forever, after 6 months of volunteering.
