We are offering a twin room to share with another girl in a modern house in a quiet neighbourhood near transport and lovely riverside walks.

The room comes with two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table for each person.

The kitchen comes with the usual namely Dishwasher, Tumble dryer, Washing machine, Two Fridges and all the necessary cooking goods you might need.

Your weekly rent will also include Sky TV, access to wireless internet and access to a telephone. Also included within that price is a maid that comes in once weekly.

We have a large back yard with garden furniture and a BBQ ready for summer.

The house is conveniently located within walking distance of the Canada Water Tube Station and if you don’t know the area, we have the Surrey Quays Shopping Mall and the Entertainment Centre with an Odeon Cinema and a Hollywood Bowling alley. There are also various pubs and restaurants and little shops within the immediate surrounding area.
