Retail Advisors Wanted
We are looking for highly motivated, dependable sales people to work on one of our biggest accounts. Working for a multinational FMCG Company, Your role will be to drive growth in distribution and market share of The Companies brands and, increase brand awareness, availability, compliance and ultimately sales.
Key Activities
Relationship Building – to build effective working relationships with your in store comments so that you are both working together to increase the sales of the Companie's brands.
Product Distribution – Negotiate at owner/manager level within all outlets on your call file to sell in any missing Core Brands.
Sustaining Distribution – to ensure that all incremental distribution and all existing distribution is maintained to ensure a constant high level of distribution.
Promotional Compliance – to influence promotional compliance of the Key company promotion each month by ensuring the product is displayed in the correct location and space with the correct POS.
Display – to gain incremental display space in store by gaining off shelf displays in order to maximise product visibility.
POS – Utilise brand POS to merchandise the store to maximise product visibility and drive incremental sales
New Product Distribution – Delivery of promotional presentation to key decision maker in order to maximise distribution and visibility of new product launches.
Drive volume sales – Negotiate at owner/manager level within nominated outlets to communicate promotional activity and sell in stock
Store Development Plan – Accurate recording of current in-store activity and identification of future opportunities to increase brand awareness.
You must have a full valid UK driving license as well as determination and drive and the will to succeed.
Salary: 18k + bonus + company car and company phone
