This is a structured 12-month programme with individual portfolios, which provide the opportunity to train and develop your management skills with the UK’s largest food services organisation in one of its fastest evolving business sectors. Once you have completed the programme you will be placed in a management role within the Compass Group.

The programme will consist of a blended mix of academic and practical learning. Your operational role will be supplemented by exposure to a variety of training workshops, central support functions and “hands on” experience of a variety of hospitality events across the business. We will equip you with the necessary technical and people management skills to perform at a management level within our business, with plenty of scope for you to take your career further.

Requirements
Currently in your last year of a catering qualification, or at a senior supervisory level, you will possess the determination to succeed as well as the ability to work within a diverse environment.
