Sunbathe in January ???

Yes you certainly can.

I had a wonderful trip to my flat in January, when the temperatures were often in the high 60's.

I am selling my own lovely 3 bed 2 bath apartment in Calahonda,Andalucia, Southern Spain, (15 minutes drive from either Marbella or Fuengirola.)

Because it has the benefit of sea breezes, air conditioning is not required, but there are ceiling fans in each of the main rooms.

Hot water and cooking is by electric, so there is no need for bottled gas, which can be very dangerous.

There is unallocated shaded parking in the grounds.

The flat is fully tiled, and has rolldown external blinds (perseanas) on all main windows. There is a steel front door, which several locks, so the place is very secure - important if you don't live in Spain full time.

There is a pool in a gated area, solely for the use of residents, a few metres away from the secluded sandy beach, with beach bar.

It is within walking distance of many shops and supermarkets, internet cafes etc.

It is in very good condition, vacant and priced to sell.

The block is well maintained by professional managing agents. I pay around 1000 euros (£775) annual service charge, which is cheaper than most flats.

There are many flats for sale in the area, but none with these views and at this price !
