Radisson Edwardian is a collection of luxury 4* and 5* hotels situated in Central London, Heathrow and Manchester. Our hotels have comfortable rooms you won't want to leave, atmospheric bars and restaurants with exceptional food and drink, and guest service that makes people feel special.

We are looking for Nights Guest Service Coordinators to join the teams at our central London properties. Previous experience of working within a 4/5* hotel is essential for this role, along with a passion and enthusiasm to deliver excellent guest service to all our guests. The duties within this role are varied and include checking guests in and out of the hotel, preparing and delivering room service, dealing with billing procedures, and being a point of contact for our guests during the evening. An excellent command of written and spoken english is a must for this role. Working knowledge of the fidelio system is also preferred but not essential. Hours of work for this role are between 8pm and 8am or 10pm and 7am dependant on shift patterns.

Candidates must have previous hotel reception experience to be considered for this role.
