I live in a lovely Victorian style flat conversion in Leyton.
The flat is gorgeous and really homely. It's a 10 minute walk to Leyton station which is on the central line. From there it's 11 mins to get into Liverpool street and 22 mins to Oxford Street. Stratford is a short bus ride away (or 1 stop on the tube) to get the Jubilee line or a 20 minute walk (or short bus ride) in the other direction to jump on the Victoria line from Walthamstow. I get the overground to work which is 3 minutes away :) there are loads of buses and night buses close by.
I'm generally out and about enjoying the delights of London but don't mind staying in for a curry every now and then! I work with the film industry and that keeps me busy. Looking for someone equally as independant who is clean and tidy and friendly The room is huge with lovely big bay windows and an original (working)! fireplace.
I have a little garden too (managed to grow some herbs so far)! And a nice power shower in the bathroom. Also a good gym up the road and a beauty salon?!
