We are looking to appoint an experienced Hospitality / C & B Events Manager with a minimum of 2 years behind them at management level, to take accountability for a new exciting events contract in and around London. You will be managing the Hospitality service to the of highest standards at exceptional service levels.

The site comprises of numerous large event venues; 10 x Event Rooms / Private dining rooms as well as a full Cafe and Restaurant service with numerous facilities. Our Client, a prestigious Contract Caterer is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Hospitality / C & B Events Manager with proven skills both in customer service and finance. The candidate must possess the ability to enhance the current food offer and be able to demonstrate a real passion for the industry. A pre-requisite of the role is the ability to be flexible and to have a "hands on" approach in a pressurised environment.

Requirements:

You will be an individual with experience of leading and motivating a team within an Event Contract Catering establishment or 5 **** Hotel Events environment. You will demonstrate the ability to work within tight deadlines and have the capability to develop the site both financially and in the services offered. Strong financial reporting will be important along with retail, hospitality and fixed price / cost plus and commercial experience.
